Our Project

Las Vegas Springs Preserve

Set on a 180-acre campus, the Las Vegas Springs Preserve is a multi-facility complex designed to preserve the original springs that fed the Las Vegas valley and to educate the public on the development of Las Vegas. At the time of build, the Las Vegas Springs Preserve was the only certified Platinum LEED multiple building project in the United States. It includes the Visitor's Center, the Desert Living Center, the Canyons, the Gardens and walking trails. This monumental build, started in 2005 and completed in 2007, was a joint venture with Whiting-Turner Contracting Company. Many different construction methods were used with special attention being paid to using recycled and sustainable materials to demonstrate environmental sustainability and alternative construction techniques.
