SPEEDVEGAS provides a 100 acre supercar experience for the thrill-seeking public, with building and development completed by the J.A. Tiberti Construction Company. Construction is just one part of our team's involvement in this $30 million motorsports complex project: Our commercial development team moved this project through every phase, from investment opportunity, design, and Clark County Commission approval, into final construction and the imminent unveiling.
After its scheduled Spring 2017 completion, the south Las Vegas site will include a track, multilevel welcome center, large event space, and more. The 1.5 mile Formula One-inspired course includes 60 feet of rising elevation, banked corners, and a half-mile straightaway. A tunnel will allow easy walking and driving access to the infield without inhibiting racing on the track above. With this project, J.A. Tiberti Construction Company continues its tradition of developing Las Vegas into a world class community for locals and visitors alike.
